In the event a transaction is credited to your policy and your financial institution reports to BerkleyNet there are insufficient funds to cover the payment amount, your policy may be cancelled. Where applicable by law, BerkleyNet may charge a fee for Insufficient Funds Transactions ("NSF").
Successful transmission of a payment does not necessarily mean your policy will not be cancelled or if your policy is already cancelled and payment is made, acceptance of payment does not warrant your policy will be reinstated. For assistance, please contact your insurance agent.
